Rev. 20:1 (LIT/UBS4) And (kai) I saw (eidon) [a] messenger (angelon) stepping down (katabainonta) out (ek) of the (tou) heaven (ouranou) holding (echonta) the (tēn) key (klein) of the (tēs) abyss (abbssou), and (kai) [a] great (megalēn) chain (halusin) upon (epi) the (tēn) hand (cheira) of him (autou).

 

Rev. 20:2 (LIT/UBS4) And (kai) he powerfully took hold (ekratēsen) of the (ton) dragon (drakonta), the (ho) serpent (ophis), the (ho) first one (archaios), who (hos) is (estin) [a] diabolical one (diabolos) and (kai) the (ho) Satan (Satanas), and (kai) he bound (edēsen) it (auton) [a] thousand (chilia) years (etē).

 

Rev. 20:3 (LIT/UBS4) And (kai) he threw (ebalen) it (auton) into (eis) the (tēn) abyss (abusson).

 

And (kai) he keyed-closed2808 (ekleisen) [the abyss, v2, RE] and (kai) sealed (esphragisen) [it, AE] up over (epanō) it (autou), in order that (hina) [the serpent, v2, RE] may not cause the ethnic groups to wander (mē planēsē ta ethnē) yet still (eti) until (achri) the (ta) thousand (chilia) years (etē) may be completed (telesthē)!  

 

With (meta) [the passing, AE] of these things (tauta) it is required (dei) for it (auton) to be let loose (luthēnai) for [a] small (mikron) time (chronon).

 

Rev. 20:4 (LIT/UBS4) And (kai) [I saw, RE] the (tas) souls (psuchas) of the ones (tōn) having been axed (pepelekismenōn) through (dia) [the sake, AE] of the (tēn) witness (marturian) [of them, RE] of Jesus (Iēsou), and (kai) through (dia) [the sake, AE] of the (ton) Word (logon) of the (tou) God (theou).  

 

And (kai) [I saw, RE] the ones who (hoitines) absolutely did not bow to4352 (ou prosekunēsan) the (to) wild animal (thērion), but absolutely did not (oude) [bow to, RE] the (tēn) icon (eikona) of it (autou), and (kai) they absolutely did not receive (ouk elabon) the (to) character (charagma) [of it, RE] upon (epi) the (to) forehead (metōpon) and (kai) upon (epi) the (tēn) hand (cheira) of them (autōn)!  

 

And (kai) I saw (eidon) thrones (thronous), and (kai) they sat down (ekathisan) upon (ep’) them (autous), and (kai) judicial decision-making (krima) was given (edothē) to them (autois).

And (kai) they lived (ezēsan), and (kai) they were kings (ebasileusan) with (meta) the (tou) Christ (Christou) for [a] thousand (chilia) years (etē).

 

Rev. 20:5 (LIT/UBS4) The (hoi) remaining ones (loipoi) of the (tōn) dead ones (nekrōn) absolutely did not live (ouk ezēsan) [again, AE] until (achri) the (ta) thousand (chilia) years (etē) may be completed (telesthē)!

 

This (hautē) [is] the (hē) standing up (anastasis) [out of dead ones, AE], the (hē) first one (prōtē).

 

Rev. 20:6 (LIT/UBS4) [A] happy one (makarios), and (kai) [a] holy one (hagios), [is] the one (ho) having (echōn) [a] part (meros) in (en) the (tē) standing up (anastasei) [out of dead ones, AE], the (tē) first one (prōtē).  

 

Over (epi) ones of these (toutōn) the (ho) second (deuteros) death (thanatos) absolutely does not have (ouk echei) authority (exousian)!  

 

BUT (all’), they shall cause themselves to be (esontai) sacrificial priests (hiereis) of the (tou) God (theou), and (kai) of the (tou) Christ (Christou)!  

 

And (kai) they shall be kings (basileusousin) with (met’) him (autou) the (ta) thousand (chilia) years (etē).

 

Rev. 20:7 (LIT/UBS4) And (kai) when perhaps (hotan) the (ta) thousand (chilia) years (etē) may be complete (telesthē) the (ho) Satan (Satanas) shall be let loose (luthēsetai) out (ek) of the (tēs) guardroom (phulakēs) of it (autou).

 

Rev. 20:8 (LIT/UBS4) And (kai) it shall cause itself to come out (exeleusetai) <to make> the (ta) ethnic groups (ethnē) wander (planēsai), the ones (ta) in (en) the (tais) four (tessarsin) angles1137 (gōniais) of the (tēs) land (gēs), the (ton) Gog (Gōg), and (kai) Magog (Magōg), to bring them together (sunagagein autous) into (eis) the (ton) war (polemon) (of whom (hōn) the (ho) number (arithmos) of them (autōn) [is] as (hōs) the (hē) sand (ammos) of the (tēs) sea (thalassēs)).

 

Rev. 20:9 (LIT/UBS4) And (kai) [the ethnic groups, v8, RE] walked up (anebēsan) over (epi) the (to) width (platos) of the (tēs) land (gēs), and (kai) circled (ekukleusan) the (tēn) auxiliary encampment (parembolēn) of the (tōn) holy ones (hagiōn), and (kai) the (tēn) city (polin), the one (tēn) having been loved (ēgapēmenēn).  

 

And (kai) fire (pur) came down (katebē) out (ek) of the (tou) heaven (ouranou) and (kai) devoured (katephagen) them (autous)

Rev. 20:10 (LIT/UBS4) And (kai) the (ho) diabolical one (diabolos), the one (ho) causing them to wander (planōn autous), was thrown (eblēthē) into (eis) the (tēn) harbor (limnēn) of the (tou) fire (puros) and (kai) sulfur (theiou), where (hopou) [are] both (kai) the (to) wild animal (thērion) and (kai) the (ho) false prophet (pseudoprophētēs).

 

And (kai) they shall be tormented (basanisthēsontai) day (hēmera) and (kai) night (nuktos), into (eis) the (tous) ages (aiōnas) of the (tōn) ages (aiōnōn).

Rev. 20:11 (LIT/UBS4) And (kai) I saw (eidon) [a] great (megan) white (leukon) throne (thronon), and (kai) the one (ton) causing himself to sit down (kathēmenon) upon (ep’) it (auton);

 

from (apo) the (tou) face (prosōpou) of whom (hou) fled (ephugen) the (hē) land (gē) and (kai) the (ho) heaven (ouranos).  

 

And (kai) [a] place (topos) for them (autois) was absolutely not found (ouch heurethē)!

 

Rev. 20:12 (LIT/UBS4) And (kai) I saw (eidon) the (tous) dead ones (nekrous), the (tous) great ones (megalous) and (kai) the (tous) small ones (mikrous), having stood (hestōtas) in sight (enōpion) of the (tou) throne (thronou).  

 

And (kai) little scrolls (biblia) were opened up (ēnoichthēsan).  

 

And (kai) another (allo) little scroll (biblion) was opened up (ēnoichthē), which (ho) is (estin) the one (tēs) of life (zōēs).  

 

And (kai) the (hoi) dead ones (nekroi) were judged (ekrithēsan) out (ek) of the things (tōn) having been written (gegrammenōn) in (en) the (tois) little scrolls (bibliois), down according to (kata) the (ta) works (erga) of them (autōn).

 

Rev. 20:13 (LIT/UBS4) And (kai) the (hē) sea (thalassa) gave [up, AE] (edōken) the (tous) dead ones (nekrous), the ones (tous) in (en) her (autē).  

 

And (kai) the (ho) death (thanatos), and (kai) the (ho) grave (hadēs), they gave [up, AE] (edōkan) the (tous) dead ones (nekrous), the ones (tous) in (en) them (autois).  

 

And (kai) they were judged (ekrithēsan), each one (hekastos) down according to (kata) the (ta) works (erga) of them (autōn).

 

Rev. 20:14 (LIT/UBS4) And (kai) the (ho) death (thanatos) and (kai) the (ho) grave (hadēs) were thrown (eblēthēsan) into (eis) the (tēn) harbor (limnēn) of the (tou) fire (puros).  

 

The (ho) death (thanatos), the (hē) harbor (limnē) of the (tou) fire (puros), this one (houtos) is (estin) the (ho) second (deuteros) [death, RE]. 

 

Rev. 20:15 (LIT/UBS4) And (kai) if (ei) anyone (tis) was absolutely not found (ouch heurethē) having been written (gegrammenos) in (en) the (tē) scroll (biblō) of life (zōēs), he was thrown (eblēthē) into (eis) the (tēn) harbor (limnēn) of the (tou) fire (puros)!
